STARGLORY HLDGS (08213) announced that on September 1, 2026 (after trading hours), its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Yongyao Star Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., intends to acquire 51% of the equity of Shenzhen Zhongao Catering Management Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen Xinlu Hui Technology Co., Ltd. for a price of 51,000 yuan. It is reported that the target company primarily operates Chinese restaurant businesses in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, specializing in Shunde cuisine from Guangdong and operating under the brand Tasting the World. The restaurant is located in the Nanshan District of Shenzhen, occupying an entire floor with an area of approximately 1,300 square meters. It features 13 private rooms and about 20 dining tables in the main dining area, accommodating nearly 300 people simultaneously. The board believes that the acquisition will help the group expand its restaurant business market in Mainland China, increasing the group's operational scale and geographical coverage. Shenzhen is a core city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, with a large population and strong purchasing power, which can provide complementary and synergistic effects for the group's existing restaurant business portfolio.
