CHINA RE(01508): The qualifications of Director L Zhi have been approved by the National Financial Supervisory Administration.

China Reinsurance (01508) announced that on September 1, 2026, it received approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration regarding Mr. L Zhi's qualifications for his position. According to this approval, the National Financial Regulatory Administration has approved Mr. L Zhi to serve as a director of the company. Mr. L Zhi's term as a non-executive director, a member and vice-chairman of the board's audit committee, and a member of the related party transaction control committee will take effect from August 26, 2026, and will last until the term of the fifth board of directors expires, after which he may be re-elected.
