Huanlejia Food Group (300997.SZ) announced that in order to enhance the sales capabilities and channels for coconut-based raw materials of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huanlejia Food Group (Vietnam) Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Vietnam Huanlejia Food Group"), it plans to use its own funds of 2 billion Vietnamese Dong (approximately 516,300 RMB based on recent exchange rates) to acquire 100% equity of CNG TY TNHH DA GIA GIA (referred to as "GIA GIA"). Upon completion of the transaction, Vietnam Huanlejia Food Group will hold 100% equity in GIA GIA, making GIA GIA a wholly-owned subsidiary included in the companys consolidated financial statements. GIA GIA mainly engages in the sales and trading of coconut-based raw materials and possesses the relevant qualifications and sales channels for exports to China.
