SUNEVISION (01686) announced its annual results for the year ending June 30, 2026. The group achieved revenue of HK$3.117 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 6.09%; the profit attributable to shareholders was HK$1.146 billion, a year-on-year increase of 16.96%; and the basic earnings per share were HK$0.2807. The group continued to demonstrate strong financial performance during the review year. Benefiting from contributions from newly commissioned facilities and ongoing organic growth of the established asset portfolio, recurring revenue from data centers and information technology facilities increased by 8% to HK$2.856 billion. Total revenue rose by 6% year-on-year to HK$3.117 billion, while EBITDA increased by 8% to HK$2.300 billion, with the profit margin increasing from 72% to 74%. A more favorable interest rate environment led to a decline in borrowing costs, further supporting profit growth. Additionally, the benefits derived from operating leverage propelled the profit attributable to shareholders to increase by 17% year-on-year to HK$1.146 billion. The group also continued to generate strong cash flows, with net cash generated from operating activities (excluding changes in working capital) increasing by 9% year-on-year to HK$2.240 billion.
