BANK OF E ASIA (00023): Lin Peisi has been appointed as Company Secretary and Authorized Representative.
East Asia Bank (00023) announced that Mr. Luo Chunde will be retiring, and he has stepped down as the company secretary of the bank. He will also no longer serve as the authorized representative of the bank as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, effective September 1, 2026.
BANK OF E ASIA (00023) announced that Mr. Lo Chun Tak is about to retire and has resigned as the company secretary of the bank. He will also no longer serve as the authorized representative of the bank as stipulated in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules Section 3.05, effective September 1, 2026.
The bank is pleased to announce that Ms. Lam Pui Si has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative of the bank, effective September 1, 2026.
