The company plans to issue 4 million shares with a price range of $4 to $6 per share. Based on the midpoint of the offering price range, its fully diluted market capitalization will reach $104 million. Kainan Holding Group is a provider of labor and human resource management services based in Malaysia. The company recruits, dispatches, and manages temporary and technical workers for business clients in the manufacturing, construction, and service industries throughout Malaysia, providing them with onboarding training, employee management, and compliance support. The company charges clients based on agreed attendance days. Founded in 2007 and located in Shah Alam, Malaysia, the company plans to go public on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol KHG.
