China Zheshang Bank (02016): Yang Chaohui's qualifications for the position of non-executive director have been approved.
Zhejiang Commercial Bank (02016) announced that it has received the China Financial Supervisory and Administration Bureau's approval on Mr. Yang Chaohui's and Mr. Zheng Xinguang's qualifications as directors (Jin Fu [2026] No. 486 and No. 484). Accordingly, the regulatory bureau has approved Mr. Yang and Mr. Zheng to serve as non-executive directors. According to the approvals, their terms as non-executive directors will take effect from August 27, 2026, until the end of the seventh board's term.
China Zheshang Bank (02016) announced that it has today received the approval from the National Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau regarding the qualifications of Yang Chaohui as a director of China Zheshang Bank (Jin Fu [2026] No. 486) and Zheng Xingang as a director of China Zheshang Bank (Jin Fu [2026] No. 484). Accordingly, the financial regulatory bureau has approved Mr. Yang and Mr. Zheng to serve as non-executive directors. According to the approval, the terms of Mr. Yang and Mr. Zheng as non-executive directors will take effect from August 27, 2026, until the term of the seventh board of directors expires.
