Fushou Yuan (01448) announced that on August 28, 2026, it delivered a written notice to Mr. Wang Jisheng, relieving him of his role as director in accordance with Article 105(h) of the company's revised and restated articles of association (the "Articles"). His service as the company's executive director will also be terminated in accordance with the service contract he entered into with the company, effective immediately from August 28, 2026. Following this dismissal, Mr. Wang will no longer serve as a member of the companys nomination committee.

The Company has assessed the allegations he made and believes that the claims are not substantiated. In addition, the Company's shares remain suspended.
