(referred to as: Yuchai Marine Power) has submitted a listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CMB International Capital Corporation and China Galaxy International as its joint sponsors.
According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's announcement on August 31, Guangxi Yuchai Marine Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as: Yuchai Marine Power) has submitted a listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CMSC International and China Galaxy International as its joint sponsors. The company had previously submitted its listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 27. The prospectus reveals that Yuchai Marine Power is a leading provider of power generation solutions. According to Frost & Sullivan, in terms of sales revenue from engines for power generation in China by 2025, the company is the largest supplier of power generation engines in China.
