China State Construction International (03311) announced that on August 31, 2026, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, China State Construction International Investment, entered into a factoring arrangement.
CHINA STATE CON (03311) released an announcement that on August 31, 2026, the companys indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, China State Construction International Investment, entered into a factoring arrangement.
On the same day, China State Construction International Investment signed a receivables transfer contract with China State Ocean Engineering Group; and entered into factoring contracts with China State Commercial Factoring, Asia Factoring, and Ganzhou Construction, regarding the transfer of receivables. In particular, for the transfer of receivables one to China State Commercial Factoring, China State Commercial Factoring will provide a principal amount of RMB 199.98 million at a comprehensive discount rate of approximately 92.565% to China State Construction International Investment and will offer receivables factoring services for a period not exceeding 24 months from the date of withdrawal according to the factoring contract; and for the transfer of receivables two to Asia Factoring, Asia Factoring will provide a principal amount of RMB 200,000 at a discount rate of 90% to China State Construction International Investment and will also offer receivables factoring services for a period not exceeding 24 months from the date of withdrawal according to the factoring contract.
