The group achieved revenue of 6.943 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.45%; net profit attributable to shareholders was 517 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.48%; earnings per share was 0.05 yuan. During the period, the revenue from basic property management services was approximately 5.8315 billion yuan, reflecting a year-on-year growth of about 3.9%, primarily due to the increase in managed area; the promotion of services to drive charges, continuous improvement in service quality, and a reduction in high-risk clients. As of June 30, 2026, the total managed area of the group was approximately 603 million square meters, an increase of about 7 million square meters compared to the total managed area of approximately 596 million square meters as of June 30, 2025. During the period, based on the principle of prudence, the group recognized revenue from basic property management services based on the expected consideration for the property management services provided to customers. For certain third-party clients with significantly increased credit risk, the group did not recognize revenue for the portion of consideration that related to completed performance obligations but had not yet been received, considering their willingness to make payments for overdue amounts; and taking into account the status of related parties, under the principle of prudence, the property management service revenue during the period excluded approximately 255.7 million yuan related to basic property management services for vacant properties associated with related parties.
