Mr. Zuo Lei has submitted his resignation as Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, and legal representative of the company, effective from August 30, 2026; 2. Ms. Yang Yanjun has (i) submitted her resignation as Executive Director and Company Secretary; (ii) ceased to be a member of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration and Assessment Committee; and (iii) ceased to be the Companys authorized representative under the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from August 30, 2026; and 3. Mr. Shao Chuangye has submitted his resignation as Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective from August 30, 2026. Effective from August 30, 2026: 1. Executive Director Mr. Wang Haojin has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and legal representative of the company; 2. Ms. Ji Shilin has been appointed as Executive Director and a member of the Companys Nomination Committee; 3. Mr. Gao Qi has been appointed as Executive Director; and 4. Executive Director and Co-Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Wang Xinye has been appointed as Company Secretary, a member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee, and authorized representative, and has been re-designated as the Chief Financial Officer of the company.
