CEN PLAZA HOTEL (08315) announced that on August 28, 2026, Shenzhen Nova Starway Siasun Robot & Automation Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed the company's articles of association with Shenke Sliding Bearing Co., Ltd. (Shenke) and Mr. Weng Zhenhua to establish a limited liability company in China, Zhejiang Zhouxing Technology Co., Ltd. According to the companys articles of association, the registered capital of the new company will be 10 million RMB. Nova Starway, Shenke, and Mr. Weng will contribute 4.8 million RMB, 1.98 million RMB, and 3.22 million RMB respectively, holding shares of 48.0%, 19.8%, and 32.2% in the new company. The new company will start with Siasun Robot & Automation for special working conditions as its initial core focus, concentrating on complex process scenarios in precision manufacturing and high-end equipment fields such as welding, grinding, machining, and assembly, while providing comprehensive automation solutions. By implementing scene-based operations, it aims to establish a solid customer base and a process database. Based on this, the new company will extend upstream along the industrial chain, gradually building independent research and development capabilities for core components such as motion control and precision transmission, as well as platform capabilities for complete machines, achieving the evolution from specialized scenarios to general industrial applications of Siasun Robot & Automation. In the medium to long term, the new company will strategically lay out embodied intelligent humanoid Siasun Robot & Automation, reusing the control, perception, and manufacturing technology foundation accumulated in industrial scenarios, while focusing in the short to medium term on semi-structured service scenarios in hotels and dining.
