HARBOUR EQUINE (08377) announced that Mr. Li Desheng has resigned as the company secretary due to his pursuit of personal career development, effective from September 1, 2026. Mr. Xie Yongyue will be appointed as the company secretary, effective from September 1, 2026. Starting from September 1, 2026, Mr. Liang Jingyu will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative under GEM Listing Rule 5.24 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Liang Jingyu will continue to serve as the company's executive director, while Mr. Xie Yongyue will be appointed as the company's authorized representative under GEM Listing Rule 5.24.
