FAMOUS TECH INT (08100) plans to initially develop an artificial intelligence business division focused on intelligent work assistants.

FAMOUS TECH INT (08100) has announced that in order to capture the development opportunities brought by artificial intelligence technology and to deepen the Group's business layout in the fields of enterprise management solutions and information technology contract services, the Group is currently exploring the feasibility of entering the artificial intelligence application business. Specifically, the Company plans to initially develop an artificial intelligence business division focused on intelligent work assistants (the Project). The Project aims to integrate advanced artificial intelligence technology into corporate and personal work scenarios, and through intelligent and modular work assistant services, assist users in achieving intelligent transformation of work processes and enhancing efficiency. The development directions of the artificial intelligence business that the Group intends to explore include: Artificial intelligence applications in work scenarios: Exploring the introduction of artificial intelligence technology into different vertical industries and daily work processes to provide intelligent collaboration and support services; and Enterprise artificial intelligence solutions: Combining the Group's existing enterprise management and information technology service capabilities to provide customized integrated solutions for artificial intelligence work assistants to corporate clients. As of the date of this announcement, the Group has not entered into any significant binding agreements regarding the development, acquisition, or authorization of any assets related to the Project, and there is no guarantee that the Project will be realized. Since the Project is still in its early stages, the Group will proceed with the above initiatives in a prudent and market-driven manner. Depending on actual business needs and market conditions, the Group plans to primarily utilize its existing internal resources and technical team to conduct preliminary feasibility studies and will evaluate the feasibility of hiring professionals or external technical partners at an appropriate time. According to the Group's preliminary establishment plan, the initial establishment cost of the Project is estimated to be approximately HKD 6 million to HKD 10 million, to be funded by the Group's internal resources. Funding requirements are expected to be phased in over the next one to two years. As of the date of this announcement, due to the Project still being in the preliminary evaluation stage, it has not had any significant impact on the Group's financial position or operating performance, and it is not possible to reasonably estimate its potential financial contribution in the future. The Group will continue to explore new investment and business opportunities, aiming to achieve sustainable growth and create long-term returns for shareholders. Such efforts include expanding the service scope of various business segments.
