Jiujiang Bank (06190) announced that Mr. Huang Weichao has resigned as the company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and as the agent for the service of legal documents and notifications on behalf of the bank in Hong Kong under Listing Rule 19A.13(2) and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from August 28, 2026.
