PENGO HLDG GP (01865): Liang Yenkai resigns as Executive Director

Peng Gao Holdings Group (01865) announced that the resolutions for the re-election of Mr. Liang Enkai as an executive director and Mr. Dong Changzhou as a non-executive director (Resolutions 2(a)(iv) and 2(a)(v)) were not passed as ordinary resolutions at the annual general meeting of shareholders. Therefore, the resigning directors have resigned from their respective positions as directors effective immediately after the conclusion of the annual general meeting.

PENGO HLDG GP (01865) announced that the resolutions for the re-election of Mr. Leung Un Kai as an executive director and Mr. Dong Changzhou as a non-executive director (Resolutions 2(a)(iv) and 2(a)(v)) were not approved as ordinary resolutions at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, and therefore, the resigning directors have ceased to hold their respective positions as directors from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
