Zhonggang Petroleum (00632) announced that starting from August 31, 2026: Mr. Jin Ailong will be reassigned from the position of Chief Executive Officer of the company to the Chief Executive Officer (China Business), and he will continue to serve as an Executive Director of the company; Mr. Lin Peihong will be appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (Global Business) of the company, and he will also continue to serve as an Executive Director of the company; Mr. Huang Songjian will be appointed as the Chief Risk Officer of the company, and he will remain an Executive Director of the company.
