LONGFOR GROUP (00960): Bao Wei appointed as Executive Director
Longfor Group (00960) announced that, starting from August 28, 2026, Ms. Shen Ying (Ms. Shen) will resign as the company's executive director and as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee due to the company's work arrangements. Ms. Shen will continue to serve as the General Manager of Human Resources for the Group and as the Chairperson of the Longfor Public Welfare Foundation; Mr. Bao Wei (Mr. Bao) has been appointed as the company's executive director.
