Microport Robotics-B (02252) announced that the Board of Directors has established its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee through a resolution. The ESG Committee is composed of three members, including Executive Director Dr. He Chao, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Dr. Liu Guoen and Mr. Zhou Jiahong, with Dr. Liu Guoen serving as the Chairman. The term will take effect from August 27, 2026.
