Adway Construction Group (06189) announced that, effective August 27, 2026: (i) Mr. Ye Jiajun resigns from his position as Executive Director; (ii) Mr. Zhuang Liangbin resigns from his position as Non-executive Director; (iii) Mr. Liu Zhenyu is appointed as Executive Director; (iv) Mr. Lan Dong is appointed as Non-executive Director; (v) Mr. He Zhi resigns from his positions as Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Legal Process Agent; and (vi) Mr. Li Chanhua is appointed as Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Legal Process Agent.
