CHINAHEALTHWISE (00348) has completed the issuance of a total of 154 million shares, raising approximately HKD 10.8 million.

CHINAHEALTHWISE (00348) announced that all prerequisites of the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the completion of the subscription has been realized on August 27, 2026. A total of 154 million subscription shares (representing approximately 16.7% of the issued shares following the completion of the subscription) have been allotted and issued to the subscribers at a subscription price of HKD 0.07 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. The net proceeds from the subscription (after deducting all applicable costs and expenses related to the subscription) will be approximately HKD 10.8 million. The Group intends to use approximately HKD 8.1 million from the proceeds for general working capital, primarily comprising approximately HKD 6.7 million for employee costs and approximately HKD 1.4 million for legal and professional expenses; and approximately HKD 2.7 million for repaying unpaid interest on the outstanding convertible bonds and ordinary bonds with principal amounts of HKD 16.8 million and HKD 55.5 million, respectively, which will both mature in December 2026.
