Derlin International (01126) announced that, starting from August 26, 2026, Mr. Kim Hyun-ho has been appointed as an executive director and a member and authorized representative of the nomination committee and the remuneration committee; Mr. Lee Min-chong will resign as an executive director and the company's financial director, and will no longer serve as a member and authorized representative of the nomination committee and the remuneration committee.
