Easy Life Holdings (00223) announced that effective from August 26, 2026: Mr. Feng Zhibin, the Executive Director, has been appointed as Chairman; Mr. Zhao Zhenzhong, the Executive Director, Vice Chairman, Acting Chairman, and member of the Nomination Committee, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and will no longer serve as Acting Chairman.
