Zhongkang Technology Holdings (02361) announced that Ms. Zhang Xiao has resigned from (i) the position of Company Secretary; (ii) the role of authorized representative of the company as required by Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) the role of authorized representative of the company for the purpose of receiving legal process documents and notifications delivered in Hong Kong under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) effective from August 26, 2026.
