During the period, the group added 9 plots of land across 8 cities in mainland China and Hong Kong, with a total new land reserve construction area of 760,000 square meters, an equity building area of 740,000 square meters, a total land price of 7.86 billion yuan, and an equity land price of 7.66 billion yuan. During the period, the groups subsidiaries achieved a contract sales volume of 134.35 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.8%. Commercial operating income was 3.58 billion yuan. During this period, the Zhonghai Kangyang Beijing Jinchun project opened, serving as a benchmark product for the group to explore new health and wellness models and expand its operating business in the silver economy wave. As of June 30, 2026, the groups debt-to-asset ratio was 51.6%, and the net gearing ratio was 27.2%.
