BAOGAI (08090) announces that as of the date of this notice, the Board of Directors consists of five executive directors (namely Mr. Liu Zhentao, Ms. Li Xiaoyan, Mr. Li Dong, Ms. Sun Ailing, and Ms. Fan Hongyan), while the three independent non-executive directors are Mr. Liang Jiawei, Mr. Wu Yingpeng, and Mr. Ji Hongwei. It is proposed to re-elect and re-appoint Mr. Liu, Ms. Li, Mr. Li, Ms. Sun, Ms. Fan, Mr. Liang, Mr. Wu, and Mr. Ji, who are willing to be re-elected and re-appointed at the special general meeting. Among them, Mr. Liu, Ms. Li, Mr. Li, Ms. Sun, and Ms. Fan will be re-elected and re-appointed as executive directors, while Mr. Liang, Mr. Wu, and Mr. Ji will be re-elected and re-appointed as independent non-executive directors. Their term will commence for a period of 3 years from the date of passing the resolution at the special general meeting to approve their re-election and re-appointment, subject to the approval by the shareholders of the company at the special general meeting.
