FIRST TRACTOR (00038) entered into a factoring business agreement with Sinomach Factoring.
First Tractor Company Limited (00038) announced that on August 25, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary Yituo International Trade signed a factoring agreement with Sinomach Factoring. According to this agreement, for certain accounts receivable arising from Yituo International Trade's sales of goods to enterprises under Sinomach Group, Sinomach Factoring agrees to provide factoring services to Yituo International Trade.
FIRST TRACTOR (00038) announced that on August 25, 2026, the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, YTO International Trade, entered into a factoring business agreement with China National Machinery Corporation Factoring. According to this agreement, China National Machinery Corporation Factoring agreed to provide factoring services to YTO International Trade for certain accounts receivable generated from the sale of goods by YTO International Trade to enterprises under the China National Machinery Group.
The Board of Directors believes that the implementation of this continuing connected transaction will provide a more flexible settlement method for both parties, help promote the development of the Company's export business, while also enabling the Company to accelerate the recovery of accounts receivable, optimize capital turnover, and enhance asset liquidity.
