According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's disclosure on August 25, Zhaoli International Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Zhaoli International") has submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange GEM, with Baihui Capital Limited as its exclusive sponsor. According to the prospectus, Zhaoli International primarily engages in demolition projects in Hong Kong as a general contractor. During the track record period, Zhaoli International has also undertaken various other types of construction projects, such as maintenance and repair works, rectification works, improvement works, and site maintenance works. Zhaoli International (together with its predecessor, established in 1989 as Wei Ye Engineering Company) has accumulated over 35 years of operational history in the Hong Kong construction industry. The projects of Zhaoli International are mainly handled by Wei Ye Engineering, which is its principal operating subsidiary established in Hong Kong.
