Yima Sunshine (02522) announced that Ms. Zhang Xiao has resigned as the company's joint company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and agent for receiving legal documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong as stipulated under Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) in Hong Kong, effective from August 25, 2026.
