MINTH GROUP (00425) announced its mid-term results for 2026, reporting a year-on-year increase in revenue of approximately 9.1% to 13.408 billion yuan, with net profit attributable to the company's owners experiencing a year-on-year growth of around 12.3% to 1.434 billion yuan, resulting in basic earnings per share of approximately 1.235 yuan. During the review period, the group's product businesses, including battery boxes, structural components, and plastic parts, maintained good growth. Notably, the group's EMEA market benefited significantly from the robust sales growth of electric vehicles in Europe, with major products like battery boxes showing outstanding sales performance; the Americas and Japanese/Korean markets experienced steady growth driven by the gradual ramp-up of new projects and increased customer demand. Although the Chinese market saw a decline due to a downturn in the production and sales of passenger vehicles, the group effectively countered market pressures through diversified business expansion and optimization of its customer structure, thus maintaining stable operations overall. During the review period, the group continued to steadily expand its new order intake. In response to the differentiated performance of various OEMs in different markets, the group timely adjusted its business strategies to ensure a balanced and stable overall layout. In the review period, the group made significant breakthroughs in battery boxes and chassis structural components. Following its acquisition of the battery box business in the Japanese market for Toyota and structural component business in the European market, it further secured the battery box and chassis structural component business for Toyota's Shanghai plant, as well as structural component business for Toyota in Japan. Additionally, the group made its first breakthrough in the Mercedes-Benz crash beam business and Honda's hybrid battery box business. Furthermore, the group successfully obtained orders for battery boxes for Hyundai Kia's best-selling models in Europe, becoming their largest battery box supplier in the European market. At the same time, the group continued to expand its market share of the aforementioned related products among clients such as Volkswagen, BYD Company Limited, Geely, Changan, and Great Wall. During the review period, the group further deepened its collaborative model of technology co-creation with customers.
