The significant increase in the profit attributable to owners of the Company expected for the first half of 2026 is mainly due to the combined effects of the following factors: the Group's leasing business continues to expand, with the scale of interest-earning assets significantly increasing compared to the same period last year, driving a substantial increase in leasing income and related earnings; and the delivery volume of properties under the property development and investment business has significantly risen compared to the same period last year, leading to a notable increase in sales revenue. Driven by these factors, the Group expects a consolidated gross profit increase of approximately HK$44.74 million for the first half of 2026 compared to the same period last year.
