FLAT GLASS (06865) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, reporting a revenue of 6.668 billion yuan, a decrease of 13.81% year-on-year. For the six months ended June 30, 2026, the group's gross profit margin was 8.18%, down 5.87 percentage points from 14.05% in the same period last year. The decline in gross profit margin was primarily driven by a contraction in the gross profit margin of the photovoltaic glass business, influenced by the following core factors: 1. A temporary imbalance in the industrys supply and demand combined with escalating trade barriers led to a significant year-on-year decrease in the average selling price of photovoltaic glass, pressuring profit margins; 2. The group has continuously strengthened its cost competitiveness through measures such as process upgrades and production efficiency optimization, which partially alleviated profit pressure.
