LEADER EDU (01449) announced that on August 24, 2026, the company entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with NeuralFin Technology Limited (NeuralFin), agreeing to establish a strategic partnership in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) education.
According to the strategic cooperation agreement, the company and NeuralFin intend to collaborate in the AI education sector, including but not limited to the following areas:
(i) Jointly design and develop AI-related courses, teaching modules, micro-credential programs, degree or diploma courses, and explore the integration of AI with traditional subjects;
(ii) Develop or optimize an AI education platform to achieve functions such as content management, intelligent recommendations, and learning analytics, with NeuralFin providing AI technology, platform capabilities, algorithm support, and technical assistance;
(iii) Co-create AI teaching content, case libraries, practical training projects, and teaching tools, and promote knowledge accumulation and resource sharing;
(iv) Conduct AI literacy training for teachers, teaching capability enhancement programs, and related teaching and research activities;
(v) Utilize the group's higher education resources and teaching scenarios to deploy and validate AI technology in real teaching environments; and
(vi) Explore other AI education-related cooperation opportunities, including technology licensing, joint operations, research projects, industry exchanges, and brand collaborations.
The Board of Directors believes that the strategic cooperation will help support the group's digital and intelligent transformation of education and teaching, enrich its teaching content, improve teaching efficiency, and enhance the group's long-term competitiveness in the higher education market.
The Board of Directors recognizes that AI is reshaping higher education in areas such as teaching delivery, content generation, training methods, and talent development, and that the strategic cooperation marks an important step for the group in promoting the application of AI in its educational business. According to the strategic cooperation agreement, both parties intend to leverage the groups higher education resources, teaching system, faculty support, and student base, along with NeuralFins AI technology, intelligent platform, and application capabilities, to explore innovative AI-enabled education models and promote long-term development.
The Board of Directors believes that the strategic cooperation aligns with the group's direction towards digitalization and intelligent education and expects it to help the group explore AI-enabled teaching, curriculum innovation, intelligent educational tools, and practical training systems. The strategic cooperation also provides a framework for both parties to explore specific cooperation projects in teaching, technology, and content development. The Board of Directors believes that the strategic cooperation is in the best overall interests of the company and its shareholders.
