GOLDPAC GROUP (03315) announced its interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2026. The Group achieved a revenue of 418 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 8.62%. The loss attributable to shareholders was 14.593 million yuan, compared to a profit of 23.532 million yuan in the same period last year; the loss per share was 1.8 cents.
The Group has been deeply engaged in three high-value sectors: identity authentication, secure connectivity, and digital payment, maintaining stable core business and customer base. The decline in revenue was mainly due to the continuous contraction of consumer credit in the mainland Chinese market, while markets outside mainland China showed a growth trend, with revenue increasing approximately 7.7% year-on-year.
During the period, gross profit decreased by about 41.2 million yuan to approximately 92.7 million yuan, influenced by falling product sales prices and rising procurement costs of raw materials such as chips. The gross profit margin dropped by 7.1 percentage points year-on-year to approximately 22.2%. The Group strategically increased its investment in markets outside mainland China, continually increasing foreign exchange reserves, which resulted in an exchange loss of approximately 5.2 million yuan during the period. The Group reported a loss of about 14.6 million yuan for the first half of 2026.
