Green Tea Group (06831) announced that Ms. Li Shaojuan has resigned from the following positions due to adjustments in her work arrangements, effective from August 24, 2026: Co-Company Secretary of the company; agent for receiving legal process documents and notifications on behalf of the company in Hong Kong as per Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong); and authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules. Ms. Ma Haiqi has been appointed as Co-Company Secretary, agent for legal process documents, and authorized representative, effective from August 24, 2026.
