CHINA ITS (01900) announces that the group expects to achieve a profit attributable to equity holders of the parent company of not less than RMB 25 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026, while for the same period in 2025, it achieved a re-stated profit attributable to equity holders of the parent company of approximately RMB 378.2 million. The Board of Directors believes that the expected decrease in the profit attributable to equity holders of the parent company during the interim period is primarily due to the absence of revaluation gains of approximately RMB 350.2 million recognized in the same period of 2025. This gain arose from the recalculation of the group's equity in FOREVEROPENSOURCE Information Technology Co., Ltd. to its fair value when the group obtained control of FOREVEROPENSOURCE on January 1, 2025.
