For the first half of 2026, the gross profit margin was approximately 18.3%, down about 4.2 percentage points from approximately 22.5% for the six months ending June 30, 2025. This change was mainly due to (i) the impact of poor collection situations on project exits; (ii) increased investments in quality; (iii) changes in the market environment; and (iv) internal structural changes within business lines, with an increased proportion of low-margin businesses.
As of June 30, 2026, the group's total managed construction area was approximately 95.1 million square meters, covering 62 cities across 24 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China.
