CHINA POWER (02380): SPIC Hydropower issues RMB 1 billion medium-term notes in China (acquisition)
China Power (02380) announced that State Power Investment Corporation Hydropower Co., Ltd. (SPIC Hydropower, a non-wholly-owned subsidiary listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, stock code: 600292) has been approved by the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors to issue medium-term notes in the total principal amount not exceeding RMB 1 billion within the People's Republic of China. The registration validity period for the issuance of these notes is two years, starting from July 31, 2026.

The registration validity period for this note issuance is two years, starting from July 31, 2026.
According to the above registration, on August 21, 2026, SPIC Hydropower will issue the first phase of medium-term notes of the year (merger and acquisition) (2026 First Phase Medium-term Notes) with the following main terms: principal amount: RMB 1 billion, term: 5 years, coupon rate: 1.74% per annum.
