Baixin International (00574) announced the following reasons for the expected delay in publishing its 2026 interim results announcement and issuing the 2026 interim report: (i) As disclosed in the previous announcement, the receiver has been appointed to take over the mortgaged assets, including subsidiaries in mainland China.
PASHUN INT'L (00574) announced the following reasons for the expected delay in publishing the 2026 interim results announcement and sending out the 2026 interim report: (i) As disclosed in previous announcements, the receiver has been appointed to take control of the secured assets, including subsidiaries in mainland China. Given that the mainland China subsidiaries are currently managed and controlled by the receiver, the company cannot control or access the books and records of the mainland China subsidiaries. As a result, the company is unable to obtain the financial information and related supporting documents from the mainland China subsidiaries necessary for preparing and completing the groups consolidated financial statements for the six months ending June 30, 2026. (ii) The companys management is continuing discussions with the receiver to determine whether and how the receiver can provide the financial information and supporting documents of the mainland China subsidiaries and assist the company in completing the groups interim financial information for the six months ending June 30, 2026.
