The company operates two fully-owned mines in Texas and has a contracted mine in Indiana, with plans to expand its operations across North America. Additionally, the company aims to seek opportunities to transition from traditional hosting service providers to a comprehensive consulting platform focused on digital assets. Headquartered in Wheeler, Texas, the company was established in 2022 and achieved revenue of $11 million within the 12 months ending April 30, 2026.
