During the period, the Group's series of companies added four new projects in three cities, with a total floor area of approximately 484,000 square meters of newly acquired land (the Group's attributable area: 484,000 square meters), at a total cost of 2.078 billion RMB. As of June 30, 2026, the Group's series of companies held a total land reserve floor area of 11.4305 million square meters, of which 908,400 square meters were held by joint ventures and associates. The attributable floor area of the Group's land reserves is 9.8041 million square meters.
