(abbreviated as Taili Biopharma) has submitted a listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC SEC serving as its sole sponsor. The company had previously submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 29. According to the prospectus, Taili Biopharma is a biopharmaceutical company established in 2017 that is currently in the clinical stage, focusing on the discovery and development of cancer therapies. As of the latest feasible date, Taili Biopharma's drug portfolio includes four candidate drugs, including the core product TSN1611, which is in Phase 2 clinical trials, as well as another clinical candidate TSN222 and two preclinical candidates TSNA1789 and TSNA3339. The company's core product TSN1611 is an oral Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog (KRAS) G12D inhibitor.
