P&O Group (03377) announced that it expects to incur a loss attributable to the companys owners of approximately RMB 6.0 billion to RMB 8.0 billion for the period ending June 30, 2026. For the period ending June 30, 2025, the company is expected to report a profit attributable to the companys owners of approximately RMB 10.202 billion, primarily benefiting from a one-time debt restructuring gain.
SINO-OCEAN GP (03377) announced that it is expected that the Group will incur a loss attributable to the companys owners of approximately RMB 60.00 billion to RMB 80.00 billion for the period ending June 30, 2026, while for the period ending June 30, 2025, primarily due to a one-time gain from debt restructuring, the Group recorded a profit attributable to the companys owners of about RMB 102.02 billion.
The announcement stated that the expected loss for this period is mainly due to the ongoing adjustment of the overall real estate market in China over the past few years, which has led to continued pressure on revenue and gross profit margins, as well as further impairment provisions being made for property projects.
