Haohai Biotechnology (06826) announced that, effective August 21, 2026, Mr. Huang Ming, the company's non-executive director, will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; Ms. Tian Min, the company's executive director and joint company secretary, has been appointed as the authorized representative. Ms. Li Ying Tong, the joint company secretary, will remain as another authorized representative.
