Fengdelih Holdings (00571) announced that, starting from August 21, 2026: Dr. Wu Liwen has submitted her resignation as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chairman of the audit committee, nor as a member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee; Mr. Pan Guoxing has been appointed as the chairman of the audit committee, as well as a member of the nomination committee and remuneration committee; Mr. Zhang Sen has resigned from his position as a member of the nomination committee; and Ms. Yu Baozhu has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee.
