It is reported that APH03867 tablets are a novel oral, non-peptide small molecule URAT1 inhibitor (full name: Urate Transporter 1) developed independently by the company. By inhibiting the activity of URAT1 in the kidneys, it blocks the reabsorption of uric acid in the renal tubules, increasing uric acid excretion and effectively lowering blood uric acid levels. It can be used to improve symptoms of hyperuricemia and gout.
