LINKLOGIS-W (09959) announced that Ms. Zhang Xiao will resign from her position as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Legal Process Document Agent of the company due to changes in work arrangements, effective from August 20, 2026. Another Joint Company Secretary, Ms. Wang Yihan, will continue to serve as the sole Company Secretary. In addition, Ms. Wang Yihan has been appointed as Authorized Representative, and Mr. Zhang Tianyuan has been appointed as Legal Process Document Agent to replace Ms. Zhang Xiao, effective from August 20, 2026.
