Looking back at the first half of 2026, the group actively responded to the policy requirements for innovative development, continuously focusing on the research and development of innovative drugs. During the reporting period, the construction of the groups R&D system accelerated, expanding the workforce to approximately 840 people, with 25 key projects currently under development. The group has achieved full coverage of major targets in the autoimmune field and laid out the next-generation technical routes such as T-cell engagers (TCE) and In-Vivo CAR-T; in the oncology field, it has established new drug formats including multi-specific antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates (ADC), and TCE, and is making forward-looking layouts in emerging modalities such as R&D, gene and cell therapy through investment and collaboration. The group emphasizes AI-assisted drug development and has built professional models for drug development using its own data, applied in various stages including candidate molecule selection and clinical development. In the commercialization sector, the groups independently developed innovative drugs, Yisaite (Anmuchi monoclonal antibody injection) and Xinbiao (Roxadustat injection), were approved for market launch in the first half of 2026, covering more patients with unmet clinical needs; meanwhile, sales of existing drugs faced temporary pressure from medical insurance payment reforms and deepening centralized procurement, resulting in fluctuations in traditional varieties' hospital sales. The group is working to maintain the market position of its core products through professional compliance in market access and academic promotion. Looking ahead to the second half of 2026, the group will continue to strengthen its efforts in three main areas: commercialization, new drug development, and external collaboration. In terms of commercialization, it will focus on building an expert network for Yisaite in the psoriasis field, facilitating the iterative treatment plans for Xinbiao in dialysis centers, and synergistically promoting Teaiseng alongside Teibiao, creating a complete product matrix for thrombocytopenia. The group also expects more new products to launch in the second half of 2026. In terms of R&D strategy, the group will continue to advance the development of clinical late-stage pipeline products centered around core therapeutic areas such as oncology, immunology, nephrology, metabolism, and dermatology, enhance early-stage research capabilities, diversify innovative molecule types, and accelerate the pace of molecule development.
