Ms. Ye Wenhui has been appointed to replace Ms. Zhang Xiao as Co-Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Legal Process Agent, effective from August 20, 2026. Mr. Yang Hongyi will continue to serve as another Co-Company Secretary of the company.
